- JLjanet lindemanSep 2, 20265.0I randomly called Rare Breed Plumbing and I would definitely recommend them to others. Kyler showed up on time and was very thorough at explaining all my options. I had a drain issue and after talking to Kyler I decided to go with flushing the drain out with a water jet. My drains are all working perfectly now. Kyler also pointed out some other potential issues that could occur later and suggested some ways that I could easily correct them myself. He also cleaned up very well afterwards. Kyler was very professional and knowledgeable

He communicated everything well, didn’t try to upsell me while being honest about the quality of the different unit options, and went above and beyond with water clean up and installation. - TLTim LinfordAug 12, 20265.0Super impressed with this company. Requested a water softener service call to see if our unit was functioning properly. Office Manager was super fast and professional with scheduling. Matt, our service tech, spent 30 minutes teaching me how water softeners work, fixed a few minor issues and was very patient with me. He then tested my water pressure, water PH, gas meter and a few other random things around the house which all checked out great. He said no charge for the visit even though I insisted on paying something. No high pressure sales or push for unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Just told me to keep Rare Breed in mind when we need a new HVAC system and water heater and offered a few quotes to have on hand which seem super fair. Def going to use them going forward as my "go to" plumbing & HVAC company. Rarely give reviews but this company deserves 5 Stars.
- KKKevinAug 9, 20265.0I found Rare Breed by doing a Google search because we had a problem with our sink supply line spraying under our kitchen sink. Court came out the next morning and got everything fixed for us. He was really patient and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing and why. Additionally, he fixed our water pressure for us, as we had way too much pressure, so this will help to alleviate potential problems in the future. While I hope we won’t need any services anytime soon, I’ll definitely use Rare Breed when I do.
