  Had an outstanding experience with Rare Breed Plumbing •Heating•Air! Court repaired the toilet in our men's room at Summit Trucks, and the service exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Court was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, explained the repair clearly, and completed the work efficiently. Everything was working perfectly when he finished, and he left the area clean and tidy. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. We truly appreciate Court's professionalism and excellent customer service. We highly recommend Rare Breed Plumbing•Heating•Air and will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing, heating, or air conditioning needs. Thank you, Court, for a job well done!

  Rare Breed Plumbing I've used countless times for my Kitchen Faucet, Hot Water Heater Replacement and Numerous Issues I've had with my shower. They have always done such a great job. For this visit, They did a complete replacement of the stopper for the bath, cleared up my drain and replaced some pipes in the process. The reason for the lower review this time is because of the damage that was done to my home. I understand they had to cut out a part of my wall to do the work, but to cut out a part of the wall and not be able to make it look nice afterwards is insane to me. Now, Rare Breed Plumbing did knock off $50 for the damage to the tub that is the 2nd photo, but overall I just feel like this was not a stellar performance by them especially when you consider how much I paid for this. I will have to consider another company for my next project sadly.

  Rare Breed Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish for our water heater replacement! The office staff made scheduling easy, and Chandler and Benson were knowledgeable and efficient. They even came back out quickly to fix a clogged shower pipe caused by another company's past mistake. Fabulous installation and top-tier service. Five stars all the way!

  If you need work on your swamp cooler Rare breed is who you should rely on. Skyler fixed our problem quickly and efficiently! Will definantly choose rare breed when/if I need help again.

  I was panicking because my water heater was leaking, and Nick showed up as soon as possible. Had the best rate for showing up after service hours too! He took a look around and told me that my water heater was definitely not up to code and needed to be replaced. Yikes! I kind of figured that, but wasn't exactly sure. So, in the meantime, he showed me how to turn off the water and provided details on what needed to be fixed and answered all my questions. He even said they have a restoration service that could help dry my carpet that got soaked. A lot of work will need to be done to replace my huge heater because it will need to be cut in half to get it out, so I knew it was going to be costly. Because of that, Nick got me on a payment plan as well as a new membership so I could save money! I could definitely benefit from this membership too! Looking forward to seeing the work crew come out tomorrow so they can work their magic! :)
