My AC gradually failed and I finaly contacted Blue Best, who previously installed a tankless water heater nicely (and I love it!).
Technicians, Riley and Ryan, who were very friendly and professional, came out ahead of appt time for inspection visit. They explained what they planned to do in detail, and start checking inside & outside units, explaining what they were trying to do, what they were looking for, one by one, and at the end, Riley shared photos he took inside my furnace how and why it was failing.
What is happening in my system is rather depressing, and repeated repairs are likely if I keep the system. As a techinitian, Riley and Ryan shared thier honest preference, which I really appreciated!
Once I decided to go for replacing the current failing unit, Riley quickly contacted Marty, who helped me pick a tankless water heater, and arranged his visit within a couple of hours. But Riley also secured a time slot for installment of a new unit next business day!
Yes, BlueBest did it again! Their quick, honest service helped a stressed-out customer like me feel a little better, knowing that my house will be taken care of well. Again, thank you, Riley and Ryan, for sharing your knowledge and experience, and thank you, BlueBest!

Update:
Today, a team of Rocky, Elias, and Brady came to my house to install a new furnace/AC. They arrived on time, friendly and professional just like other technicians (Riley and Ryan), and explained what they would do, and started their work quickly.
I am a kind of person just wanting to check out what is going on, and every time I went down to check what was happening, Rocky and Elias explained exactly what they were doing and what it was for. When they were working on something that could impact me and my dog (noise, smell, etc.) Elias and Rocky appropriately warned me, so there was no concern during their work.
When finishing up all the works, Rocky helped me set up the smart remote and also clearly explained/reminded everything that I should do as a owner, Elias actually fixed the folding door of the equipment room (thank YOU), and Brady explained about the outside unit/compressor. All three are well-equipped with skills as technicians AND knowledge (not only of the unit itself but also of related regulations, and industry trends).
Again, I should say, THANK YOU, BLUEBEST! Getting almost scammed by other "famous" contractors, I cannot appreciate enough the hard work by their technicians, office workers (Thank you, Tami!), and marketing rep (Thank you, Marty). They always make me feel that I am a valued customer that they take care of. Thank you so much!
