We had a leak in my old water heater and he replaced it same day, leaving the area way better than he found it. I will go to them again in the future.

Communicaton was excellent - text and phone call updates, call their number and you get to talk immediately to a person (rare these days), and easy scheduling. Marty, the sales manager, is very knowledgeable, and their installation team is hard working, professional, and personable. Updating an 85 year old home was not easy but they made sure everything was installed correctly and our satisfaction was paramount.

After having a couple of less than optimal HVAC/Plumbing experiences lately, it was refreshing to have an honest, fair plumber take care of my concerns. If there were more stars than 5, Alma with Blue Best plumbing would deserve every one of them. I could not recommend him higher. I have since had an experience with their HVAC tech, Carson. I give him the same 5 plus review I gave Alma. Couldn’t have been more pleased. You have another loyal customer.

Shawn walked me through different options — tank vs. tankless — and made everything easy to understand. He kept me updated the entire time and never left me hanging. I also really liked that Blue Best isn’t owned by private equity. The bid was honest, straightforward, and didn’t come with any weird upsells or pressure. Shawn’s crew — Alma, Casey, and Carson — were awesome to work with. Super friendly, respectful of my home, and happy to answer any questions I had. They did great work and made the whole thing feel easy. Overall, just a solid, honest company with good people. Would definitely recommend. Will continue to go to Blue Best as long as they are privately owned.
