  We needed a new gas hot water heater so I requested bids from three local companies. Shawn from Blue Best arrived as scheduled, and he seemed more like an experienced plumber than just a salesman. He was thorough and helpful, and he explained my options in terms I could understand. Come to find out, Shawn is a master plumber! Blue Best gave me the best bid, and Shawn installed my new tankless himself! Pretty sure the utility area was neater and cleaner when he left than before he arrived. Top marks all around.

  Roger did a great job. He’s very professional & honest. Both characteristics we really value. We also appreciate that he didn’t immediately try to sell us a new air conditioner. This is our second experience with Blue Best and our first one was equally as great. Thank you for great, reliable service.

  I've been a Blue Best customer for several years. They've done numerous things for me at my home, from a new HVAC system to a tankless water heater and water softener system. I was having issues with my water purification system as the tap was leaking and the system wouldn't shut off. I sent them a text the moment I noticed it at 11pm and they had someone out to me at 9am that morning. Alma did an amazing job triaging the issue and educating me on what went wrong and how to help prevent issues in the future. He was incredibly honest, professional, and fair and was always looking out for doing right by me. Alma, could have stopped there but wanted to dig deeper into what could have possibly caused this issue to begin with. He noticed that my water pressure was elevated and let me know what kind of wear and tear that could have on not only my pipes but also the water connected appliances. He quoted me a very fair and reasonable price to add a water pressure regulator to my system and update my main water shut off valve. I'm always impressed by the professionalism and honesty that Blue Best has built their business on.   Mini-split system: Kyler and Brady did an OUTSTANDING install job! They were both professional, courteous, respectful of the property/cleanliness of it. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and kept me updated through the entire install process. Even their manager came out to hekp a bit and was great! They put up with my goofy dogs, too. I got 5 bids for mini-split options from 5 different places, before I came across Blue Best. I was drawn to them as a woman run business and that made me feel safer. Dallin came out to quote me - and I did tease him about not being a woman - but he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and gave me options others hadn't. Blue Best might not have been the lowest dollar option, but after my sale and install experience I feel I absolutely made the right call for quality of work and experience. Install was quick, within a couple days of signing. I will absolutely be calling on them for all annual service and othet things in the future. Thanks guys!!

  We had a mini split installed in our main living room/kitchen because our central AC couldn’t keep the space cool enough with all the windows. Rocky and Elias did an amazing job with the install. They finished the job quicker than we expected and left everything clean and tidy. Everyone at Blue Best was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
