Blue Star quickly identified a leak at our main value leading to the house and had a fix in after a few hours. Huge thanks to Ski Smith and his partner for the excellent quality and turnaround time.

Our plumber, David, assessed our issue, fixed it, and recommended a restoration & drywall company to us. He was professional, nice, competent, and explained the situation thoroughly and clearly to us. It was horrible learning we had a pinwheel hole in a pipe in our wall so it was a comfort to have someone fixing the problem who was knowledgeable & willing to explain everything to us. Highly recommend this company & this plumber.

Not all heroes wear capes, some wear Blue Star Plumbing uniforms. Ayaz absolutely saved the day for me. I had an issue with the gas company where they were requiring a service/procedure that I was told was necessary. Ayaz could have easily gone along with it and charged me for something I didn’t actually need, but instead, he took the time to help me work through the situation. He stayed and spoke with the gas company, explained the situation, and advocated for me when it seemed like the issue was going to be impossible to resolve. Because of his knowledge and willingness to help, I was able to get the situation resolved without having to pay for an expensive procedure that wasn’t necessary. That says a lot about someone’s character and integrity. Ayaz didn’t just do his job, he genuinely looked out for me and made sure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. I am incredibly grateful for his honesty, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Blue Star Plumbing in Wylie. Thank you, Ayaz, for truly going above and beyond!
