  Ski did a plumbing leak detection test for us recently. He arrived on time, was friendly, very thorough and he explained the procedure to me in enough detail for me to understand what he needed to do. After he finished the test, he explained the results to me as well. I am satisfied with the work he did and would recommend Blue Star Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

  Josh was absolutely a great guy. Totally enjoyed talking to him and working through what needed to be done. Worked diligently in the terrible heat and got the work done in an expedient manner. Would let Josh work on any other issues if I had any other problems.

  David from Blue Star Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job fixing our bathroom sink issues. He quickly cleared a stubborn clog and went above and beyond by tightening the sink head and checking the flush valve while he was at it. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knows his craft — he also gave us helpful maintenance tips to avoid problems down the road. It's rare to find someone this thorough and professional.   I needed an urgent water heater replacement and Blue Star Plumbing did an outstanding job getting everything taken care of the same day. From the moment they arrived, they made a stressful situation much easier to manage. After speaking with another company earlier that day, I felt much more at ease when Blue Star Plumbing provided a far more reasonable quote and walked me through the available options. The quote they gave me was very fair, and the technician was careful with my home, putting down floor coverings throughout, which I really appreciated. The installation team arrived quickly and had everything replaced in about an hour. They were professional, courteous, and clearly committed to helping me get the job done without delay. I would especially like to thank David for coming out to provide the quote and for being patient with all my questions. He was very accommodating when I asked about higher quality water heater options and went the extra mile to explain the pros and cons of each one. He even began prepping the area before the other technicians arrived. I also want to thank Uriel and Kaleb for their hard work replacing the water heater in my attic on a day with extremely high temperatures. They did an excellent job, took great care not to damage anything in my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Overall, Blue Star Plumbing exceeded my expectations.
