Grant did an outstanding of diagnosing and repairing a water leak in our yard. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient in completing the job. He went above and beyond what most technicians would have done to make sure our copper tubing was repaired properly. He also communicated effectively everything that needed to be done. Our washing machine overflowed the drain and flooded the hallway. ARS was called first. In an attempt to clear the drain, they broke off and wedged a portion of their drain clearing bit in the drain. After several hours, ARS needed to get their super visor involved. ARS came back with a $2500 bid to fix the problem. My wife and I wanted a second opinion and my son had used Aubrey Plumbing, so we gave them a call. I described the issue with Aubrey's agent, and first thing he did was go up on the roof and drop a camera down the two vent tube to verify that the problem was isolated to the washer drain. As it turned out, the problem was isolated to the washer drain. Aubrey offered 3 options, and I choose the 3rd option, the option that increased the drain size, thus it could handle an increased water volume. The house is almost 50 years old. The original washer drain was 1.5". The 3rd option increased the drain size to 2", almost doubling the drains volume. The reason I choose that option and not one of the less expensive options, was because they were going to have to tear into the wall anyway, and the upgrade would be better suited to handle the increase drain water volume of the newer washers (they push out the water at a higher volume rate than the older washers). The problem turned out to be scale build up in the drain. I will use Aubrey Plumbing again.
