  Easco is a great company. They keep us updated on when the technician will be on-site and they follow up with pictures and thorough reports of the work performed. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is the best. All of their technicians are friendly, communicate well, and explain the problems and options in detail. Melvin is the best!   I have been using EASCO for the past 3 years. In particular technician Melvin has been my go to for service. He has been exceptional. Anytime I have a question, he has alway responded with the help I needed. Today they came out and assisted me with a humidity issue in a vaulted ceiling area of my home. Great support! If you are looking for a reliable and fair service company I recommend EASCO!

  I got service for my house AC, 4 weeks ago .my house’s downstairs is no cold . The air is not coming to downstairs! So I call Easco air for service! The technician comes to check!I pay $150 for check!He say the main board issue!He ordered and he will reschedule for fix!After a few days he came back! So I need to change It! It is more than $2300 and he say the main board is broken because thermostat needs to change! I changed it almost $700! And he say order until is noisy , he need to fix because of that thermostat and main board broken! Ok it is cost almost $400. And I pay for everything! After he done everything downstairs is still not cold , the air is not coming! I tell him , he say it’s ok it will come soon , just normal! So I trust him he left! I already used more than $3600 over! Because I have newborn baby she sick because too hot! I think now my AC is good! But after a few days everything is same ! The downstair AC is still not cold! So I need to call again Easco air! I call and I asked do I need to pay again for service? The girl say yes! For technician come and check! If same problem I don’t need to pay for service but for technician come I need to pay!So I say ok! And the same guy come ! (The technician) I don’t want to say his name! So I tell him the problem! He checked and he say the problem is now the dumper! I need to change the dumper! Almost $ 500! I tell him please do nice and fix for me ! My new bone baby is sick! He say don’t worry! He will fixed it! After he changes the Dumper, the air is come and cold! I am so happy! I tell him thank you so much! He left! I paid everything he asked! And after a week still happened again! The downstair ac is not cold! I am so tired! I used a lot of money but hopeless! I don’t know what to do! So I call Easco Air and I tell everything! And I ask for service again! But I don’t want to see same guy, who come my house 4 times for fix AC but still not cold! I want new technician! And they send me new technician, and he have 8 years service! He came and he checked ! He fixed it ! Now everything is good ! The AC is cold ! I really appreciate him and thank you! I asked him what happened! What the problem is?. He say the guy changed the Dumper! Not nicely! Because something lose inside! He fixed it ! Thank you Easco ( His name is Melvin! Thank you Melvin! I give you 5 stars and 💯 good! And after a few days he text me how is AC everything good? I am so happy for follow up! Thank again Melvin)

  The AC was not cooling the house evenly. Melvin came and thoroughly inspected the system. He provided suggestions to address the issue. Now, the house stays cool evenly and we are happy. Melvin is the best!
