  The AC was not cooling the house evenly. Melvin came and thoroughly inspected the system. He provided suggestions to address the issue. Now, the house stays cool evenly and we are happy. Melvin is the best!

  These guys build trust. Got out here in a day during busy season. He tested everything and found two issues. The guys are knowledgeable and communicate well. I have probably had 3 different guys over time with the same results. This builds trust.

  Easco Air Conditioning and Heating has once again come through for my family when I needed it most. I called Friday morning, and they were able to have a technician at my house within just a couple of hours. On top of that, the technician, Aris, was nothing short of fantastic. He was prompt, polite, informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

  I had an outstanding experience with Melvin B., the service technician from Easco in Willis, Texas. He responded promptly, which was especially much appreciated in the middle of this unbearable August Texas heat! Melvin communicated clearly throughout the entire process, explaining the issue and the repair in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home and time from start to finish. The repair was completed quickly, and the pricing was very fair and affordable. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides excellent customer service without overcharging.   Our a/c thermostat malfunctioned again yesterday evening. We’d experienced problems with this particular type of thermostat for the last few years due to fluctuations in our electrical supply system & Easco had already replaced the thermostat several times. Last night, when our system stopped working again because of the thermostat, I called Easco after hours expecting to be scheduled for a service call the next day or so. However, a very pleasant dispatcher immediately sent Melvin Bustillos, Comfort Specialist, from the Easco Willis office to service our unit! He arrived around 8 PM & worked until nearly 11 PM installing a different type of thermostat that would not be as sensitive to voltage fluctuations as the other ones we had before & made sure everything was working properly before he finally left. We really appreciate Mr. Bustillos’s rapid response & technical expertise! We appreciate his excellent service last night to get our unit up & running so we would stay cool & comfortable during these hot days & nights. Thanks so much to Easco & Melvin Bustillos!!!!
