  I am so disappointed in the service we received from this company. Our compressor went out on 8/8 and we put in a ticket through our home warranty. I knew they would not contact us until Monday and was fine with that. Monday morning I called them after about 10 AM and was told there were 6 people in front of me, again I understood. They called Monday afternoon and asked us to met so they could diagnose. He diagnosed it with a bad compressor and told my husband it would be around 10 days before it could be done. On 8/14 I call our home warranty to check on the status and they had not even submitted the report to our home warranty. My home warranty tried to call and left a voicemail and then sent a follow up email. I then called and left a voicemail on their work phone. I again had not heard anything from Delorum since 8/10. I called again on 8/17 and they STILL had not submitted the report. 10 days without any air conditioning in 100 plus degree whether is beyond me! Thankfully our home warranty pushed it out to another company and shout out to Shawn’s Heating and Air they were out within the hour, got the report submitted the same day, and I have confirmation that the work order was approved. If delorum doesn’t want to deal with home warranties then get off the list, if I could give them 0 stars that’s absolutely what I would do. I will never put a good name in for this company to anyone, and will never use them in the future.

  Came out to the house 3 times. “Problem fixed”. Had an issue next day. Called, got a voicemail that said to text. So I texted, could see the message was read but no response. Waited a couple hours texted again, no response.

  Shane and Brandon were wonderful to work with. Shane is college trained on AC systems. He checked every facet of the cooling problem in a methodical manner and explained to me in layman terms the process. About ten items. Some parts were replaced, some were adjusted. Great result! Additionally, a very pleasant demeanor and I never felt like I was being talked down to.

  Terrible customer service hung up in my face. I’ll be going to Trinity for now on as well as referring all my friends and family away from Dalorem!

  Dan & Shane with Dalorem AC did a damn good job with my ac unit putting in and out highly recommended them for y’all’s next AC work…….
