  All I can say is wow!!!! I was so impressed with how this company and Cody (the technician they sent out) treated me! House was over 90 inside and in less than 2 hours it was repaired and the house had already cooled off by almost 10 degrees. And the price? Amazing. I usually feel robbed when dealing with things like hvac or plumbing etc. Today I was charged just over 200. And there was a part replaced! Every other hvac place I've ever tried charged 150+ just for coming out and repairs usually end with me paying thousands. These guys wave the coming out fee if you have work done. In short I will be recommending and using them from here on out!

  I was going to do a review about the good, the bad and the ugly on my experience but I am going to stick with the good. Eric Gunter is an amazing technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. He did an excellent job of communicating and above all he is HONEST, and in my opinion is a true follower of Jesus Christ! "You will know them by their fruits." C&R Heating and Cooling is extremely blessed to have an individual like Eric who makes sure that the customer is taken care of. Especially in today's heating and cooling industry where it is so competitive. If I owned a heating and cooling business I would definitely hire Eric and by the way the 5 stars is for Eric!

  I contacted C & R Heating/Cooling regarding an air conditioning unit that is not working. I wanted to determine what was actually wrong with it and get estimates for the repair. Cody Glasscock was the technician that day and was excellent! I don’t think I have ever had a technician that thorough. He was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time discussing what he determined was wrong. He also discussed different repair options and estimated costs. He also pointed out 2 incidental concerns ( some leaking air around the supply trap and the position of the secondary drain pan) that should be addressed. All my questions were answered and I can now make a decision regarding the repair. Cody was great and I would recommend C&R Heating and Cooling.

  I highly recommend C&R. Our HVAC system went completely out in a Friday afternoon, even though it was installed 8 years ago in our 8 year old house. The original installer never registered our unit for warranty so there was no warranty. Had no idea! C&R was our second opinion and was called in Monday afternoon and had a tech out first thing thr next morning They text you a picture ahead of time of who will be coming so you will know. The first tech spent about 2 hours examining and filming everything, including he was in the hot attic for an extended period of time. He told us that we will need a new system (we already knew that) and Adam from C&R will be with us the next day to show us options. Adam showed us all of the video of the unit that was not working. Also inform us (the first tech did too) that we were only getting 2 1/2 tons of air in our 3 ton unit because of the improper original ductwork. Which explained why the old unit could never cool our house down in the summer and stil ran constantly. After Adam left someone from C&R came and installed a portable standing unit while we waited for installation on our new 3 Ton/2 cycle heat pump syste. We were told in Thursday they will be here first thing Monday morning for installation. There was a crew including one of the owners. The worked all day and were finished by 4:45. They even came inside to sweep the insulation that was on the floor from the new vents and ductwork. The techs were extremely nice, professional and helpful. This morning Alan, one of the owners called and to check up on how the unit is running and how his workers were. Again, I highly recommend them!
