- SGSunshine GageMar 24, 20255.0I love my new tile bathrooms and floors from Jack’s Carpet! Jack and his team are always willing to help me come up with unique ideas to keep my home beautiful and modern. I look forward to continuing using their products & services for future projects. In fact, I hope to be starting on a new outdoor kitchen soon! 😉
- MGMartha GreenwoodMar 16, 20171.0Terrible!!!! Should be a ZERO star!! I ditto the complaints already reviewed. Same story. They set up an install date then said the carpet wasn't in. Changed the date then didn't show up. Finally showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon. Messed up the job and ran out of carpet because they cut it the wrong way from the diagram. Left our house at 11pm. Finished up by putting 5 short pieces in the hall and had 5 seams showing. Now trying to get them back to redo and finish. Same run around on installers available. Go somewhere else.
