  If you call and ask any questions in a nice tone… expect to be met with an aggressive response… If you approach support staff and ask questions in a nice manner expect for them to return aggressive energy towards you… It’s really sad when White Cap has staff that lacks proper communication skills with their customers… I am kind of shocked because I was super nice to this guy. Maybe he was having a bad day? However when having bad days you must leave that outside of work or step away from everyone and take a breather… never display those negative emotions to anyone besides your counselor. Be kind you never know what someone else is going through… 😊 Take care God Bless

  Mr. Jose at Receiving is very efficient person and he is super nice! Unloading was finished within one hour ! ( picture shows the entrance)

  Park on street (where they have all the No Parking signs lol) and walk up to check in. The gentleman that checked me in and out certainly cares about his job and his customers/truckers. He gave clear instructions. To dock you might want to do a 3 point turn to set yourself up for an easy back.
