  Chesmar can build nice looking homes, but once they cause issues while building houses beside you, they don’t respond very well. I have already spent over $500 on corrections, and I may have to spend more if the water damage caused by the new build irrigation system at Red Maple gets worse. If you buy the homes on red maple have the IRRAGATION system checked in the backyard before you close.

  We had a great experience visiting Chesmar. The community is nice and their floorplans are well thought out. Monique was informative and attentive and made sure all of our questions were answered. We recommend them for your housing needs.
