We hired this company to install a doggie door, and unfortunately, it took a couple of attempts to get the installation right. There are still gaps in the wall that I have to fill in myself. My biggest concern is that we are being charged extra for materials that we were told would work, as well as additional time needed to correct issues with the installation. My husband ultimately had to explain what materials to use and how the issue needed to be fixed, and he ended up having to make additional corrections himself. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the quality of the work and the additional charges. Unfortunately, we are not happy with the service we received.

Shawn and his men did a great job with our bathroom remodel. They were helpful and professional. Shawn was polite, responsive and gave good ideas on the design of the small bathroom. He gave great ideas for keeping the project within our budget even when finding out we needed to do more work after removing the original shower. We love our custom cabinets too. I'll call him again when we have another project.
