  Where do I start...I remember meeting a realtor at one of the pre-existing homes and Monique showed up to see what I thought about the home. She could tell from the moment she saw me I was not impressed and asked me what all I am looking for in my next home. After telling her she asked if I would allow her to show me more homes by Chesmar. I thought in my head I've never heard of Chesmar and I just had a meeting with Elmwood homes for possible homes I thought I liked. Monique convinced me to follow her back to the model home. While there she's showing me different floor plans and I call my husband to join me. I must say after sitting with her for 45 minutes - an hour my husband and I were looking at each other like this is it. We're moving forward with Chesmar. Moniques were so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable about the community and all the floor plans. Let's just say she sold us our dream home all by herself. From that moment she stayed in contact with Rudy and me. Checking in weekly with updates or even just to check on us as a family. Monique guided us through the entire process and never dropped the ball. Moniques deserve a raise for her dedication and hard work!!! This is our second home and Rudy and I would often say we did not get the red carpet laid out for us like this with our previous sales rep. Thank you, Monique, for not giving up when I first step foot into the pre-existing home because of you The Brown’s were able to close on a beautiful home! We’re forever grateful for you and Sergio!
