  Andy Zamanian and the team has made the process of building a home from scratch an easy process. Andy has been with us from the beginning and helped us straighten out all curves in the road. We ask a lot of questions as anyone should building a new home and they all have been answered very promptly. His diligence has made this process easy. As he transitions us to other team members, the process has not changed. We really appreciate the professionalism of all. Thanks Chesmar for making this home purchase a good adventure thus far. We are only in the beginning month of approximately seven to eight months but I think we are in good hands.

  Absolutely beautiful home. My favorite parts are the glass sliding doors and the master bedroom, bathroom and closet!

  My neighbor recommended this development for the 1 acre homes. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the home and custom touches. The sales rep offered us water (served in a crystal glass) and espresso. This was a great experience, impressive!
