Thomas Freeman kindly offered to lube our garage door rollers! Very helpful free service, and also left a $400 coupon towards a new door and a phone number to call for service needs. Thanks, Thomas!

Door Doctor came to my home to service and do maintenance on my 2022, 3.5 year old home garage Door. The tech, Jonathan reviewed with me the installation problem. I am at Mechanical Engineering and understood what he showed me the problem. The builder did a bad job installing the door with metal rollers and inclined tracks that made unusual noise. He gave me a repair estimate with many discounts that made sense. He work on the door, rollers, rails and adjusted everything. He took over 2.5 hours to make sure everything works right. Thank you Jonathan for your hard work and honesty....
