  I want all of Waco to know how amazing these guys are! I have a 100 year old house that was having sporadic power issues with no obvious pattern. I called one of the bigger companies in town and they came out (for a higher fee than Wire Craft). Without taking one look in the attic or pulling out any kind of test equipment, they asked me, based on the apparent complexity of the job, to sign a flat fee agreement for thousands of dollars to pay for two guys to spend a full day troubleshooting. That seemed absurd, so after doing my research online I called Wire Craft. Caleb was out the next day and within 20 minutes (yes, 20) had found and fixed the problem. He made the repair for a small fraction of the price that I would have paid had I suffered a lapse in judgment and agreed to go with the other company. With the money I saved, I was able to have him address some issues to make our system safer. With Wire Craft, you are getting a true family-run business that has your best interest in mind. I will be using these guys for all of my future electric needs.

  Caleb was very thorough and quick on our project! He was knowledgeable and everything has been great since he completed it. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend!

  Josh explained clearly the steps he would take to diagnose our problem and the cost for each. When it became evident more work needed to be done he once again showed the solution and he quickly finished the job.

  Josh was very professional, helpful and had great advice when we needed help. The 30 amp plug he installed for us is working great! Now my parents can stay comfortably in their travel trailer in the country.

  We love this business! They come in a yellow truck with a smiling service man logo. That’s what they are! They come in with a smile, ready to help and hear the concerns. They offer pleasant advice, researched the needed products and gave good suggestions. Gentle, careful work done well and timely. We have never had a follow-up problem with anything they’ve done for us. It was all done well.
