  I met Marshall from Tuffshed at a home show in Austin. He graciously followed up with me and once our schedules aligned (when I wasn't traveling), we met up. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful in figuring out what I wanted/needed. Highly recommend Marshall. Installation went smoothly and I love my Tuffshed!

  Sales was easy to work with. Marshall is easy to work with on creating a building. Everything you ask for on a building is great. This is the 3rd building I have bought from them. Thanks for all the help building the one I needed to help organize.

  Mitchell did a great job explaining shed options and came to my house to help puck the best place for the shed. The install crew was professional and efficient. I looked at a few competitors in the area and Tuff Shed quality is still the best.

  We are very pleased with our shed. Marshall was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. The installation was seamless and the crew got it done more quickly than expected. I highly recommend using Tuff Shed!

  My experience with Tuff Shed has been very positive. After researching brands and options online, we stopped by the Waco Tuff Shed one morning and had a conversation with Marshall. He showed us various sheds both on the lot and in photos, listened to our ideas and wants, and walked us through using the software to virtually experiment with options and build a custom shed. The software was easy to work with, and a couple weeks later, having decided on size and appearance, I submitted my drawings and then went back to visit with Marshall and finalize them. He was great about explaining some of the options. I appreciated that there was no sense of upsell, no push to add extras or size I didn’t need. Marshall was obviously proud of the quality and customizations of his product and respected my choices. The construction process was smooth, quick and clean. Two very competent young men arrived when promised and had the shed completed in five hours. They were meticulous about leveling and also left the construction site as clean as it had been before. The little green shed looked like it could have grown there. The light fixtures I had chosen were temporarily out of stock, but Marshall stepped in to be sure a pair were earmarked for my shed and delivered/installed as soon as possible. I definitely would use Tuff Shed again.
