  If I could give a million stars, I would. I had a sudden leak that flooded my kitchen. Bennie and his team were fantastic to work with. They came to my rescue immediately. Upon speaking with him for the first time, I felt at ease and it continued throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Bennie demonstrated exceptional knowledge of what we were dealing with at hand; professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. I appreciated very much that he explains the process in depth, that he answers all of my questions, and that he is detailed and organized. Even after all was said and done, I had another unfortunate issue come up with another leak. I phoned Bennie and he did not disappoint. He and his partner came to the rescue once again with their capes and saved the day! I am forever grateful for their service. I highly, highly recommend Lone Star Flood Restoration for any water mitigation issues. You will be in great hands!!

  We contacted Bennie based on some reviews we read. We were a little concerned arhat we may have had some possible water damage to our floors based upon a temporary leak from our AC unit. We spoke of the possibilities for approx an hour, as he was very patient and professional answering our questions. Bennie explained to us the best and worst scenarios. We appreciated how completely honest he was in his evaluation and shared with us that he really thought we’d be fine.   We reached out to Bennie based on all the five star reviews. He was timely in responding, prompt in arriving and a complete professional. We were concerned about possible water damage to our floors based upon a leak from our AC unit. He spent over an hour evaluating our situation and explaining the best and worst scenarios, in detail, to make sure we fully understood. Rather than recommend costly expenses, he was completely honest and told us that he really thought we’d be fine. Would highly recommend and will certainly call on him again if the need arises.

  I highly recommend Lone Star Flood Restoration. Bennie & Teegan are Amazing! They came out promptly and Bennie helped us through the whole insurance process for our water damage. Very Friendly, Professional and so very easy to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.
