  My family and I had lost power in about 1/3rd of our house, and I called Dan at League Electric who was able to send out an electrician to the house within an hour to do an inspection for us. Within 24 hours of calling, the electrician Joshua had fixed our problem and gave us the necessary repairs for an excellent price. Joshua does amazing work, all the staff I spoke with are friendly, and it’s obvious they care about their customers. Next time we need an electrician, we plan to call League Electric.

  I had a faulty electrical outlet that smelled like burning plastic and Dan sent Joshua out within the hour. Josh went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and any other possible problem outlets were addressed. I so appreciate to see a company that really cares and values integrity. Thank you Josh

  I called League Electric because their website advertises 24/7 emergency electrical service, stating: "Electrical emergencies can strike at the worst possible times... When you call us, you won't get a voicemail or a delayed response—you'll get a trained professional ready to help right away." When I called early in the morning, the person who answered seemed completely uninterested in helping. Now I get it - it’s 3 in the morning. I work on call so I understand some initial discombobulation, however. He even told me he had "never gotten a call at 3 in the morning for electrical help." I pointed out that I was calling because of the company's own 24/7 emergency service advertisement, and he acknowledged that. Instead of offering assistance, he said that because it was a holiday weekend, they would charge a two-hour minimum at double pay if he could even get hold of the on-call electrician. More concerning was that he didn't seem interested in trying to help at all. I have no issue with the pricing itself. My concern is that the company's advertising promises immediate, 24/7 emergency assistance, but the response I received did not reflect that commitment. It felt as though the significant after-hours surcharge was being used to discourage us from moving forward rather than to provide the emergency service being advertised. If a company promotes around-the-clock emergency response, customers should be able to reasonably expect a technician who is prepared and willing to help when they call.
