Had a technician named Matt come out to look at my water heater, and a couple other small projects around the house. Gotta say, the man knows his stuff. My favorite part about the experience is I feel like I came away with a better understanding of my plumbing system after he completed an indepth safety inspection on all the plumbing in my house. Which he did not charge a penny for! If you're looking for a company that genuinely wants to help, this is it!

After having a few very poor experiences with plumbers out here, I was very skeptical until not only I was able to meet Matt a very personable, diligent, highly skilled Plumber that was fearless about crawling under my house and repairing pipes and getting rid of some of my old cast-iron pipes that have been around for several decades. Like most things when you uncover issues in a home more stuff comes up. Matt made incredible suggestions that were affordable and easily done to completely reroute our entire plumbing system. I was also privileged enough to meet the actual owner Frank, who shares the same values I do Which were clearly marked by his employees. In addition to the incredible work that was done completely repairing our piping system Matt also noted A few other affordable fixes along the way. Not only will I hire them again for future work, I am glad to refer them to my friends and family and Network. I’m not sure why it is so difficult to find a good plumber, But thank the good Lord, I finally have. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was worth their weight in gold.

I will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for future needs. The woman I talked to on the phone was friendly, and acheduling went well. We obtained estimates from three small local plumbing companies, and all of them were courteous and similarly priced. A family member was impressed by Donnie and Victor BFP, so that's who we hired. Our project involved a variety of easy tasks, challenging tasks, leaks, digging, and several days of hard work in miserable heat. Donnie has a pleasant and cooperative disposition. He is experienced, knowledgeable, communicates well, and is conscientious about his work. He also talks to his coworkers/helpers with respect and patience. We had some minor problems that required return visits, and they were great about all of it. Thanks so much, y'all!
