  We had leak by the side of our house.. my husband worked a day on it. Jeremy came out and found the problem and finished the job

  I called needing someone to check out an apparent water leak in the supply lines to my kitchen sink. Jeremy came out within just 3 or so hours and quickly found the problem. He cut out the old copper lines which had leaking connections and replaced with pex lines. He also installed a different dishwasher for me since the old one had to come out for the repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing for any plumbing needs

  I wont ever use this company again.... $475 to replace the internal components on a toilet. the internal components cost ($25 - $50 at Home depot). When asked for the cost to replace the toilet $900, when stated that we would provide the new toilet to install price went to $750 to install a toilet. This is a profit over people franchise owner who has a terrible run on keeping good people on staff and then when you do post a truthful negative review then they want to do what ever they can to get you to remove your review while they fix their lack of experienced and quality customer service oriented plumbers. I would say really only ONLY use them if they are the LAST RESORT. Otherwise they will only cause you additional problems that take your time and money and they may or may not truly get the problems corrected. And pricing that is way too high for the work being done.
