- DMDale McKinzietoday5.0I recently took in a suit and a bunch of shirts and when I went to go get them on the day they were supposed to be ready. They gave me all of them except the Zenga (a brand) and I admit I was thinking either the person had a hot date that night and wanted to wear it or they had messed it up. I was none too happy. They had me come back the next day. When I got there it was ready. Turns out it had an extra stain and they just wanted to take a little more time on it to make sure to get the stain out without ruining the shirt. I left impressed. Great customer service.
- CCCodetidusTTVNov 13, 20241.0My wife took my work pants here to repair holes and out out all the pant we got back one wasn't repaired that we paid to get fixed and the girl with green hair blamed me and was rude at the same time insinuating I'm just a liar, so I had to pay an extra $10 more just to repair them. I don't have a problem giving them extra for making a mistake just be honest about it but come on i just paid you over $100 just for horrible customer service? So when she said well do you want them fix or what, i told her yes fix them, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! If you don't want to deal with entitled and childish customer service go somewhere else.
