  My clients went under contract at a Biltmore in Venus, Tx and Erin was a real pleasure to work with. We had a tough case to close, and she was patient, offered suggestions, supportive, and a huge cheerleader to get us to the finish line. Thank you Erin, and Biltmore. Craig Pollard was their preferred lender, and he was amazing to work with as well. I would highly recommend Biltmore.

  What a great experience from start to finish! From the on-site sales rep, Erin, to the construction manager, Richard, my client and I were well taken care of. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. There is definitely pride in their product and my client was wowed from the moment she walked in to her new home. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
