I simply can’t say enough about Biltmore Homes and Erin. First of all the process itself was seamless for my clients. They exceeded expectations. Second, our goal was to get in before the end of the year in a brand new construction home, and they got in before the end of September. Unbelievable! My clients had home building professionals that were friends of theirs come out and inspect… And everything was well done! Erin takes pictures and sends them often and her communications and Richard’s…never left us guessing what was happening. If you’re looking for a new construction home, let me introduce you to this team!

Our experience with Biltmore Homes has been amazing. Erin and Richard made the process so easy for us to get into our new home. We are moving to Texas from across the country, and Erin kept us informed, helped us at every step, and even helped us pivot when our home here sold much faster than expected. I can't recommend them highly enough, they are just fantastic to work with, and Biltmore Homes are just beautiful!
