- WBWilliam BoyleAug 21, 20261.0Be very careful with this company. I would recomment you all stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!! We ordered a 19' manlift that was supposed to lift 500# on a 1 month rental. The lift couldnt even lift 1 person, so we asked for a credit. They sent an invoice with a credit on the wrong lift. We asked for clarification and couldnt get anyone to answer us. We tried emailing, and calling with no help. We then get a certified letter stating we were past due....well no kidding we were past due. the invoice was wrong and no one wanted to help. We finally got ahold of the district manager Ryan Wells who said he would get it handled and get a revised invoice out. As of 8/14/2026 we still hadnt received the correct invoice so I told my Accountantjust total it all up forget the invoices and pay what we owe. That was sent 8/14/2026. Today 8/21/2026 I get a "Pre Lien Letter". I called the VP and left a message then I recieved a call from our Sales Reps boss Stephen Rumsey who started to talk to me as though this was my fault.......Seriously, this is crazy and I would recomment you all stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!!
