  Incredible experience! Mathew was the salesman that came to our home and discussed our options for a Generac. Mathew was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and honestly he felt like family. We did do our diligence and had a second company come out and we never heard back from them with an estimate or any follow up at all. I have no doubt that we would have gone with Walt’s regardless of the other companies bid (which we never received). Mathew was here from start to finish and Scott the owner also came, incredible customer service and well worth the money.

  Walt’s generators are the ones to use! They’re prompt to service and to explain whatever the issue is in terms we all can understand! The BEST around in my book!!!!!

  Everything I could have ever wanted in getting a whole house generator. The explained everything throughout the whole process thoroughly. Recommended different warranty options and financing plans. Friendly and professional with great communication. They were there for me even after the installation to answer all questions and issues. Highly recommended.
