  We just had a shed built and installed by Tuff Shed. It took us two months(+) to finally get the shed after we ordered it (COVID, etc). The two bright shining spots regarding the experience were the sales representative (Tab Haley) and the assembly team based in Arkansas. Mr. Haley was a joy to work with; very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The assembly team members were true pros who really knew their stuff and went above and beyond on our behalf. TOTALLY SATISFIED with that portion! The scheduling for the shed-setup was a different matter. For a variety of reasons, the subcontracted assembly-teams kept causing postponement of our shed setup and no backup teams were available. Furthermore, we felt the communication could have been better from the schedulers to keep us more fully in the loop regarding the status of our shed. Addressing those two aspects could pull up the overall customer satisfaction rating. Finally, the shed's quality/looks are very very nice. Happy customer!

  It was helpful to do an onsite visit at the Tuff Shed store to actually see shed sizes and colors. Our salesman was very helpful in helping us select some of the features like the ramps and colors. The installers did a great job installing it. We have had 2 tough sheds in the past at a previous house, and the quality of this Tuff Shed seems to have been improved quite a bit. The walls and the door locks are certainly better than the ones from 10 years ago, and we were happy with those at the time.

  My husband and I did research on various storage buildings over the last year or so. We went into the Tuff Shed showroom and Jason Jenkins was working on a busy Saturday. He took a lot of time answering our questions, showing and comparing the models, sizes, and upgrades available for us. In the end, we purchased our shed and it was installed expertly before the date promised. Jason kept us apprised of everything via email, text, and follow-up phone calls. When the installer forgot a small part, Jason Hand delivered it to our home and installed it. We are very happy with the quality of our shed for the price. The customer service was top notch!!
