  For a regular plumbing services company; I am sure this is a wonderful one. They "were" highly recommended. BUT I do NOT recommend now due to the office person I spoke with.. Not great with customer service in general. I understand I am just a # and a small ticket on your company roster. To me you could have been the company I raved about and used in my new home regularly in my community. Not now. Due to poor office response timing and staff. There were many negatives attached to such a short experience. It became FAR more than just 1 issue. After 3 calls with clear short informative voicemails with no return from SP's. I used phone numbers not only the google page information but also from the 2-10 website and the email I received with SUPER PLUMBERS info. Of which she tried to argue over what phone number I was calling. For context it's the same number I received in an auto response from your company thru my warranty portal.... After 3 voicemails left over an 18 - Hour period with no attempted callback. I had already been given an 8A - 8P service window from the company with barely a 2 DAY NOTICE. A 12-Hour service window is a tad much for the working-class people to take off; if they even can. I was simply calling to see if I could get a 20-minute heads up of arrival to be able to leave work and meet them there. There is definite miscommunication between their office staffer and being "in-line" as an out - sourced warranty provider with my warranty company 2-10. Which 2-10 has been amazing in this situation with no communication from Super Plumbers; they agreed it really isn't a preferred situation either. After an attempted last effort, I put in an online Inquiry and 3 quick emails later from said inquiry; I FINALLY got a phone call. When I began to relay the information to the office staffer she instantly became defensive, short, and began talking over myself regarding if I "called their warranty #". MA'AM with respect I have called every number I can find attached to your company. It has your business name and hours of operation on the voicemail. I asked if she would like the conversation to be ugly cause that was it seemed like. She said no ma'am that's you. I said no worries I have already cancelled your company thru 2-10 already due to lack of communication. I will not be utilizing you all; thank you and ended the call. Sad case for a "local company". By the way, from a single mom with kids after purchasing a new home with immediate issues regarding water lines, not being able to run a washing machine, hot water and plumbing fears. I surely appreciate your kindness! I do hope this brings lights to the much-needed CSR training for office staff.

  The office communicated with us, Adam was knowledgeable listening to our problem and fixed it. Coffee pot filler Will pass on this company to family and friends and will use again for.nwxt plumbing project. Thank yall for great service.
