NO PRESSURE SALE THE DECISION WAS OURS. THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS PROFESIONAL, FRIENDLY AND TOOK THE TIME TO LET US KNOW HOW THE PROGRESS WAS GOING, BY THE WAY THEY FINISH AHEAD OF TIME WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE QUALITY.

They are way overpriced for their services and if you want to change you mind, which they tell you up front you have the right to do in a 3 day window, it will still take a month to get your money back. They also had a construction loan approved with 15 year payoff that they executed as soon as they left my house and did not wait for the 3 day window to elapse. The next day I thought $26,000.00 and a 15 year loan just to replace a fiberglass tub/shower with a walk in shower is crazy. I emailed the home office and told them I wanted to cancel which they acknowledged. It took me over 30 days to get my $1000.00 deposit back and I was left having to pay a month's interest on the construction loan because they drew the money out immediately and didn't return it for over 30 days same as my deposit. I will never do business with them or recommend them for anything.
