- TMTeresa Morgan1 day ago1.0I scheduled a pressure test after being told by the office that the service started at around $390 and could increase depending on what was found. I even called the day of the appointment to confirm that pricing. When technician Steven Cowan arrived, he insisted that wasn’t true, implied I was lying, and repeatedly criticized the office staff, saying they were incompetent and didn’t even have a price book. Steven Cowan told me he was going to call his supervisor to settle the issue since their calls are recorded, and he did. After the call, he claimed his supervisor said they couldn’t access the recording because it was after 5:00 p.m. and they were working from a home computer. Throughout the visit, Steven Cowan was rude, angry, and condescending. I will not do business with a company whose employee treats customers this way, criticizes his own coworkers, and essentially calls a customer a liar.
