  Chad is my dude! Dude is very knowledgeable about more than just AC services. Thorough inspection of my AC system and found the cause of my problem. He wasn’t trying to sell me a bunch of nonsense but rather how can he fix the issue and educate me on future issues or repairs to save me time and money. Very impressed with his level of expertise and repairman-ship. Bannister has got my vote! I will be referring them to others when possible.

  Cash did an amazing job of fixing my air conditioning issue! He was polite, communicated with me about everything he was doing and stayed to make sure everything was working as it should before leaving. This was my first experience with Bannister and I’m thankful to have a membership with them. I feel like my AC and plumbing both are in good hands. Thank y’all!

  Jake and Parker did a repair on my drainage pipes today after finding a leak last week with the hydrostatic testing. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. They took pictures, showed me in person, talked me through everything, and had excellent communication for this process. Definitely helped restore some of my faith after being majorly overpriced last year with a different company. I would recommend Bannister plumbing for all of your plumbing needs and I believe they have just earned my plumber spot when I need plumbing fixed around here. I seriously can’t thank them enough for all of the help and repairs. Especially after other major expenses in my house (foundation). Great job Bannister! And thank you so much Jake and Parker!

  Bannister was quick to come to our rescue! Our unit that sits in the attic was leaking and they sent Kash to come look at it. He discovered what the issue was and quoted a great price. We were so impressed that he was able to fix the situation in just a few hours the same day in such a professional manner. He even sold us on the membership package. Also got us help with the pest control the same day.

  Super happy with the entire process. From calling the office to get an appt and service techs coming with a few hours to fix our tankless hot water heater. Very informative to help the homeowners understand the service/repairs being done and the education on maintenance moving forward. (I have never had a tankless, so I had no idea how it worked.) I signed up with The Star Club they offer. I know I will be in great hands moving forward. Now I can’t wait to set them up on the HVAC side for a new unit next year! These guys are terrific!
