  This is our 2nd time to use services by Bannister. The plumber was up-front with the issues at hand, options for repair/replace and accompanying costs. He also advised us on after care as well as their warranty. We recommend their services.

  Had a 16 month old mini split and about 18 months of troubles. We called Bannister they came right out. Did everything they could. We ended up buying new from them and they installed today. On time, polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up! Very happy with these guys!

  We purchased a new AC unit last Feb and I noticed that it wasn't cooling this week. We called Bannister and they came right out, diagnosed the issue and set up the repair, giving us a portable unit until our part came in. The entire process was quick, efficient and they stood behind their product and work. We are so happy we went with them last year and are pleased that they were so quick to respond and fix the issue.
