  Austin called to advise on the way and showed up on time. He was very knowledgable and explained several things about the Briggs & Stratton generator while doing service check, would highly recommend.

  The control panel was malfunctioning on my generac prior to Bertha. They responded quickly and sent help within a day. Very professional and replaced the controller. I am more than satisfied!

  Whoever was driving on 59 North near Splendora around 5 PM really needs to learn how to merge into another lane. You almost caused an accident by speeding up and cutting over at the last second, all because you were about to miss your exit. Please pay attention and plan ahead instead of putting everyone else on the road at risk.

  After a visit with the big "G" store and being told they couldn't do this and couldn't do that and I would have to just accept a poorly thought out option for a generator, I contacted Power Solutions to have them come out to tell me what could be done to place a generator where it would tie into both electric and gas with out running hundreds of feet of electrical and then placed smack dab in the middle of my backyard. Well, what do you know, it could be done the way I wanted. So I signed up with them for a Briggs and Stratton unit. They even worked through a federal financing company that made getting one from them a no brainer. It was so easy. They were the nicest group of people, from Brian who first came out all the way to the end with Jared who did my orientation. The gals in the office were polite and knowledgeable about my schedule. Jessica was especially helpful to fill me in every time I called. The installers were all top notch professionals and all the electricians were masters at transforming my system over. You could tell they all have been doing this for quite some time. My advice, forget the big "G" company and go with Power Solutions for a home generator even if you want a "G" generator.
