  We had 5 Star Floors in Tomball install SPC flooring in our home and we had a great experience. Michelle was extremely helpful and answered all our questions throughout the process of taking samples from the store to our home until we found the right color/product. The installation crew was great! Courteous and very professional--they installed our entire downstairs in 2 days and did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend 5 Star Floors.

  5 Start Floor team is awesome, since my first visit to the store Michelle was so nice and give the explanations and she answered to me all the questions, then the team that installed the floor (Arturo and his team, they are masters, they are artist, and of course Mr. Jose Luis that painted all the house and his crew they are amazing they covered everything before paint. It was a great experience worked with them . 1,000% recommended

  Update: After getting carpet from 5 Star a couple years ago, I now decided to replace the tile in my kitchen. Yet again the service was amazing. Everything went perfect from picking out the tile I wanted to the measurements, and then came the tear out and replacement. The crew was very efficient and did a great job. Next will be my bathroom tiles and I will definitely be using 5 star for that as well. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had unusual circumstances and they did their best to accommodate. I wanted carpet throughout my upstairs and other spots around the house. I met with Amelia and we talked several times. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Then the installation went great and the outcome looks amazing.

  I was very happy from the moment I walk in to look at my carpet choices. Everyone one was very helpful, from the beginning in assisting me with carpet choices and prices, to Tom showing up a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Tom was very quick and measuring my rooms then gave me a quote. In addition, their installers where on time, friendly. There was absolutely no damage to my walls or baseboards. I would definitely use them again.

  I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how satisfied we are with the work that was completed. The crew showed up around 9:30AM and got to work prepping and setting up their work area. The crew kept growing throughout the day until I lost count of how many were working. I can tell you that it was well organized, the workers were happy, singing and working diligently until the project was completed. The crew was professional, kind, courteous and very skilled. In the future when I want to complete the rest of my house, I can promise 5 Star Flooring will be my first call. Thank you again and please let your crew know how much we appreciate them getting quality work done as quickly as they did.
