  Manny Ortiz had to come change out the tires on a lift. He showed up very quickly and assisted us with the lift. He has very polite, good customer service skills, was knowledgeable of the equipment and very safety conscientious. He’s a great asset to your company.

  I have been a loyal customer of Mainland Tool & Supply for many years. I have only had good outcomes with their friendly customer service and consistency with great products sold here. I would like to also commend your employee Manuel Ortiz for helping me & my family with our recent experience with a rental. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our newly pressure washed deck. We took advantage of the April discount and we are 100% satisfied. Mr. Ortiz was happy to teach us the proper assembly, usage, and dismantling of the product and made it easy for us to use the washer in several areas of our home. Thank you for being a consistent company of great customer service!

  Manuel Ortiz was very helpful and knowledgeable with the equipment I rented. He was very kind and respectful. When I rent equipment again I will ask for Manuel 😊
