  Hands down the best rental experience I have had. I spoke with Brad on the phone, he was informative and cordial,,, even moreso in person. Dealt with a couple of other people behind the counter and in the back. All were very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Mainland Tool & Supply for Tool rental, and would consider them for whatever other services they provide.

  Very helpful staff. Made the account creation process very easy. Manuel was very helpful and kind when he delivered the tools I rented, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
