  1 company out of Marshall, Texas quoted $1,200 for repair of garage door. 1 company out of Texarkana/Nash said the door hardware was not worth the cost of repairing and I should just replace everything. His replacement cost was $1,000 cheaper than the guy from Marshall, for a brand new door, hardware, and labor. I really didn't want to buy a whole new door.Pace and Sons came and repaired everything , and had the door working properly for $242.41. I watched everything and was amazed at how good Ryan and Ryan ( yes, 2 Ryan's) were. They gave me a 30 day warranty and I dou t if I will need it. The openers are 30 years old. They don't work. In 2 weeks, when it is cooler, I will have them replace all 3. They beat the guy in Marshall and the guy in Texarkana on the openers. Good service, and fair price is hard to find in 2026. I definitely recommend Pace and Sons.

  Very rude. Never called back to give me info on fixing the problem after they unhooked everything and just left. Call Texarkana Overhead they will do you right.☹️
