  If you are a woman I highly suggest you skip this store or go with a man. Store manager was there to witness the sexist discrimination that occurred and stated he would say something. Walked in to this location because the Killeen store did not have the part I needed. There were 2 people being assisted by 2 employees, one said he would be with me in a minute as he was finishing up with a customer, the other employee was the manager and he was assisting someone. While on the way to the store my husband wanted me to look at some tools for him. Sent him a picture of the tools, was on the phone with my husband getting his order 2 MEN walked in and they IMMEDIATELY were helped by the employee. He did not say "Can I help you ma'am?" Or even look at me to let me know he was ready to assist me NOTHING was said to me. But he was quick to help the MEN that walked in. Now, before you say ANYTHING about me being on the phone I was on the phone with my husband making sure I got the correct item, not just talking to my friend gossiping. Then the manager stated that we'd be right with you I said "I sure hope so, I know this isn't the anatomy y'all are used to conducting business with." The employee then said "YOU were on your phone and I didn't want to interrupt you." My reply "We all know why you didn't help me." Now had I known he was ready to assist me I would have immediately gotten off my phone, which is exactly what I did when he started to assist the MEN, I hung up on my husband. The Manager, Brian was able to assit me and stated he would say something, I sure hope so because I was shocked at the discrimination I received due to being a woman.

  Highly recommend Ferguson for HVAC and plumbing needs. My home A/C went out and required a replacement capacitor. After checking multiple big-box stores with no success, Ferguson had the correct capacitor in stock and at a better price. Customer service was professional and knowledgeable. The staff verified the part requirements and ensured I received the correct capacitor for the job. Great service, fair pricing, and no wasted time.
