She was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. She kept me informed every step of the way, made scheduling effortless, and truly set the tone for an outstanding customer experience. When Ryan, the Master Plumber, and Jake, the Master Plumber, arrived, I immediately knew I was in good hands. They were punctual, courteous, and demonstrated an impressive level of expertise. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, presented my options without pressure, and completed the work with precision and professionalism.   Ryan & Jake were absolutely phenomenal! They hey installed our water softener. They provided Great customer service and stayed late to make sure they did the job correctly. I appreciate their hard work and diligence . The dispatcher Dalia was also so helpful and so kind. This company was so amazing to me and my family and they treat military families so well. Thank you so much

  ol buddy diagnosed the problem quick, ran a smoke test to make sure, and fixed it the same day. Saved our rear ends, we had a leak in the bathroom was soaking the floors and walls. Had it diagnosed, tested and fixed in less than 6 hours, highly recommend these guys.

  Jake came in after a VERY long day when we were already frustrated and upset. He fixed every single issue we had and was beyond professional and personable. He’s definitely the kind of employee that will change your mind about an entire business. I am SO thankful they sent him and will be requesting him for any future services.

  Shout out to Ryan at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He agreed to come out for a plumbing emergency at the last minute at 4pm on a Friday. He was at my door thirty minutes after I called! And he was efficient, cheerful, and fiscally reasonable. I am so grateful that Ryan fixed a situation that could easily turned into a disaster. We just moved to the area and I now know who I will call first for any plumbing problem. I highly recommend Ryan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple.
