  Jake and Jacob were very very knowledgeable about the situation. Water coming up from the ground near the water meter or elsewhere. Very professional and thorough. We highly recommend this company.

  Jake came right away. He was able to hook my gas stove quickly, he also did a bubble test to make sure there were no leaks. He explained everything. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin & especially Jake! Thank you Jake! 👍🏾😁

  The service I received was on point Jacob was professional and knew what work needed to be done per our phone conversation but was careful not to give a quote before looking at the problem unlike another company I contacted prior to contacting this one. He was friendly and approachable. I was satisfied with the service. I only had two estimates but theirs was more reasonable

  Jake came to our facility in Bryan and was very very professional and clean and told us everything that was gonna happen in advance and there wasnt any surprise charges. He even reminded us that we are Premium Club members and we wont call anyone else for our plumbing issues. We have residents that constantly complain about plumbing issues so the facility and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will have a close professional symbiotic relationship.
