  I highly highly recommend! Matthew is awesome. Not only is his work perfect but he takes the time to talk through what he is going to do and the why behind it. Plumbing issues can be a nightmare. Go with a company who cares! You won’t regret it.

  Duo team (Kyle Leeper and Tyler) came by to look at my intial call to fix a leak coming from the bathroom sink’s hot water valve connected pipe. We were unable to shut off the water ourselves as this house is old from the 70s and hard to figure out in early in the am when leak occurred. I found out from looking with Kyle where it was and really couldn’t have done it without the correct tool handy. Kyle suggested these recommended fixes 1) replace galvanized hot water pipe valve which deteriorated to a better one, 2) replace the old shutoff globe valve, and 3) replace the emergency shutoff valve for plumbing fixtures. Kyle was very respectful of my questions to drill down what he saw as issues and any clarifications as needed. Even acknowledged about having to break down some tiles to get a better fix on the leaking fixture under the sink. He corrected the pipe hook up to the water heater shutoff valve as it was previously twisted to align with the old globe valve. Tyler did a good amount of digging to clear out the main water supply pipe to install the shutoff valve. Clean up and inspection afterwards were great. I was very satisfied with the solid work ethic and solutions from Kyle. Good to know you are paying for quality work and services.

  Jess and his apprentice, Ryan, were AMAZING!!! They came in promptly and got to the answer to the problem immediately. They were efficient and honest. This is my second time using Plumbing Outfitters, and they will continue to be my go-to plumbers.

  I had an excellent experience with Jess S. at Plumbing Outfitters. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, completed the installation quickly, and left the area spotless afterwards. The new water heater unit works perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters and Jess S. to anyone needing plumbing work- top notch from start to finish!!
