  After viewing their samples last weekend, I wanted to place an order for 10 boxes of hardwood flooring. I stopped by the store and left my contact info and the hardwood I selected for an estimate and they said I would get the estimate the next morning. However, I didn't receive the estimate. Next, I called to ask about the estimate, and the sales person didn't know anything about it, and also said he would not look through any papers or computer entries to look for any update on my estimate. Then I asked if he could prepare an estimate for me instead, but he didn't want to do that either. When I asked how I could receive an estimate, he hung up. I can only assume, I interrupted his leisurely afternoon, by requesting any real work to be done! Just imagine the nightmare you can expect if you work with this store on an actual hardwood installation!

  Avery was excellent to work with. The installation was well run and the guys were efficient and friendly. Everything was completed as scheduled. Really great team. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

  Floor King is hands down the best place for flooring. Their selection is massive—they have a massive variety of styles and materials to choose from. Not only is the quality of their products outstanding, but their prices are also incredibly competitive. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the results!

  Avery was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very prompt in keeping us informed. Being a designer, I was so appreciative of the service and help with my clients. The workmanship was very good and the quality of product along with detail of laying the carpet was just wonderful. Thank you Avery and Floor King.
