  Jorge came out promptly when our kitchen:family room wasn’t working. He checked everything and found two wires were not connecting properly. He fixed it and we are very happy with Jackson Sir for their prompt response

  It’s summertime hot and humid. So it was time to get my AC Unit checked out to make sure it was running properly. I called Jackson Air & Heat. I spoke with a very nice lady name Connie who answered all of my questions. She dispatched a Technician name Alex. Alex was very Professional, Knowledgeable and very thorough. No hard sales pitch just honest recommendations. Alex performed an AC Maintenance Service on my AC unit. I will recommend Jackson Air & Heat to my Family and Friends.

  I have used Jackson Air for many years, ever since they installed our first Trane unit back in 2008. We later changed out two other AC systems with Trane units, also installed by Jackson Air. Except for two faulty evaporator coils that were changed out under warranty a few years ago, all our systems have provided reliable service for many years. The Jackson technicians are knowledgeable and the company stands behind its work. On this recent visit, Jorge came out to diagnose a unit that wasn’t starting. He is very knowledgeable and said the fan motor needed to be replaced, although the capacitor was shot as well. I have to admit that I was surprised that a fan motor could be so expensive, but they explained to me it was a specialized part that was specific for that unit. Since it didn’t make any sense to spend a small fortune to replace an expensive fan motor on an 18 year-old unit, we ended up getting a whole new system. We are back up and running and cooler than ever and are happy with our decision. We have been pleased with the service from Jackson Air and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
