  Jackson Air and Heat has always been my go-to for AC repairs. Alex Salinas from Jackson Air was awesome! He identified that the contactor was bad and one wire that connected to it. We appreciate all his time hunting down what was kept causing the fuse to blow. We have a power substation that is being installed across from us and there has been more power surges...so very good to know the cause. Jackson Air will be installing AC surge protectors to mitigate more issues if more power surges occur in our neighborhood ;) Thank you again Alex!

  David was wonderful. Troubleshooted the problem in great detail, listened to everything I observed and he looked into those things, he was on time to the appointment, and he answered all my questions regarding my system and the full system replacement he recommended. Overall, David was great!

  Absolutely happy with the services provided by Jackson Heat & Air! I was recommended by a neighbor a few years back and would highly continue recommending them. David has been my go to technician. Always timely, professional and informative. They provide such a detailed report, including pictures of the services provided. Customer service with Jackson is superb always so accommodating and prompt.

  Great experience. They installed my system and it has run well for many years. I had 2 issues this month and they resolved them both very quickly. Alex did the work and took the time to explain the problems and provide tips on issues to watch for. I'd definitely recommend this company to others.

  10/10 service can't praise them enough! My AC quit working over the weekend during 90 degree weather. Connie got me scheduled on Monday morning to have Jorge diagnose it for me within 2 hours of my calling. My unit is under warranty and the condenser coil had a leak. Jorge came back 2 hours later with the new coil and had me back up and running within a few hours. I called them back the next day because the humidity levels hadn't dropped enough. Brian came out and was so thorough. He walked me through everything he was doing, rechecked all the work from the previous day, took several temperature and humidity readings, unplugged the fresh air intake which was drawing outside humidity indoors, calibrated the dehumidifier, and much more! Honestly, the experience and service only got better and better. Surpassed all my expectations. I will be using Jackson Air and Bryan for all my future HVAC needs. Very grateful for them!
