  Jackson was super-responsive - called over the weekend and they had a repairman out at 9 AM Monday. Jorge was great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely refer Jackson to others!

  I have been using Jackson Air & Heat for a few years. Connie is always pleasant and helpful. Today I noticed a problem, the AC was running but not blowing cool air. Connie promptly scheduled an appointment at noon. The technician, Mr. David Ayala, came on time and addressed the problem nicely. I will continue to use Jackson Air.

  Jorge from Jackson Air & Heat arrived our property on time, was friendly, professional, And did an inspection on our AC in the attic and the unit outside. Everything seem to be in good condition, but he did make some recommendations to change a couple things out. He showed us some detailed photos and said that they would be sent in a report So that we could follow up on them. The inspection Took less than an hour and they were able to send the invoice to Pay via email which was very convenient. This is our second service call from Jackson Air & Heat, and we would recommend them to anyone needing service in the area.
