  In my search for an A/C contractor, I found that Larry at Total Comfort was very willing to answer my multitude of questions about the proposed system, initially on the phone and through follow-up emails. His willingness to patiently entertain my questions was a primary reason I chose them for the job. Sebastian came out to assess the scope of work to enable an accurate quote; he was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The technician, Gill, and his crew, Daniel and Guillermo, arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. They were professional, courteous, and worked like a well-oiled machine. I have never encountered an A/C technician as impressive as Gill. His vast knowledge of HVAC was obvious, he answered my many questions with convincing confidence, and he actively encouraged me to ask questions. I will certainly be contacting Total Comfort A/C when my 10-year-old upstairs system needs replacement. Great company, highly recommended.

  I had Total come out to my home in Tomball to give me a second opinion on a quote I received for a zone cooling issue I was experiencing. The quote I received from the previous company was almost $3000, Total got my system back to running properly for $564!!!

  We have used this company for many years. They replaced our house ACs and do the ongoing maintenance. We just had them install a new split unit for our garage. As expected, they did a great job again.

  I had Larry and and his crew totally replace our 2 each air conditioning and furnace units about six months ago and provided a great review at the time for their professionalism, pricing and workmanship. Since it was about time to change the media filters installed, I went into my attic and opened what I thought was the area where the filters should be and became alarmed when I didnt see the filters. Thinking we had been running our HVAC for 6 months without filters, I immediately Called Larry and he sent his guys out the next day with new filters. Embarrassingly I had looked in the wrong areas and the workers explained the filters were indeed in place and went ahead replaced them with new ones. Larry graciously did this at no charge. I cannot overstate their integrity and emphasis they place on customer satisfaction. I will be a customer for life.
