They’re always looking for ways to help and went above and beyond. Provided guidance and recommendations on how to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

  Highly recommend RestoPros of North Houston! Cesar got in contact with me very quickly and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Our previous apartment had mold growing inside of it, and the management did absolutely nothing to help us or our cats. Our health and well-being were put at risk for who knows how long. After we moved into a new apartment, Cesar came out to assess all of our belongings free of charge. He was super personable, friendly, and treated us like actual people instead of just another number. He gave Steven and me so much peace of mind by letting us know that our belongings could be saved and properly cleaned without us having to constantly worry about mold spores still being on everything. His team came out the following week and completed the entire process fairly quickly. I feel so much safer and honestly just CLEANER after having everything done. Cesar also worked with us on the quote to make sure the price stayed within a range we could afford while still getting everything necessary taken care of. We are very grateful for Cesar and the entire team at RestoPros of North Houston!
