- IIIonie6 days ago5.0Sebastian from Red Star Cooling and Heating was exceptional. I am grateful for his honesty. I originally told him what I was told my issue was. He came, diagnose it and told me it was something else. To appease me he told me he would bring both items to repair and install what he believed it was and if it did not resolve the issue he would remove it and install what I thought the issue was. Ultimately it was what he said it was. He repaired it and I am up and running again.

They also cleaned up after themselves and the unit worked properly after installation. The salesman encouraged me to get the unit that would work best for my house and that would have the fewest maintenance issues. I've used Red Star for years and I think my older system survived this long due to their routine maintenance.

I appreciate his continued dedication over the last year which led us to being comfortable when it was finally time to replace the unit. Jose made sure we understood and had the best deal possible with swift action! the other three gentlemen, christian and adrian and marlin that helped with our install were extremely respectful, and took care in our home and worked very hard to make sure our replacement went smoothly and quickly. i greatly appreciate this experience and cannot recommend this company more.
