  Scheduled an appointment from 1-4pm. After 4pm no one showed up nor called. I called and spoke with a representative to see if a technician would be coming. They said they did not know and would have someone from the office call me. No one ever called. Very unprofessional.

  They do their best to work around your schedule. Gives you a call in advance and the techs are professional and neat and clean. Appearance is everything.

  Said that my drain was clogged causing water in my drip pan, was told it was cleared, 3 days later, still standing water in my drip pan. I guess i will have to fix the issue myself. I do not recommend this company, It has been a disaster from the start, and I bought an entire new system from them so now im stuck.

  Yesterday, Sebastian from Red Star Cooling and Heating performed exemplary service as he diagnosed and repaired an issue with our blower motor which had indicated problems for several days, leaving us with no A/C in this almost triple-digit temperature. One can imagine our delight and relief when Sebastian began to cool our house down after the repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, especially with Carrier brand HVAC systems. My family is very grateful for Red Star and Sebastian, to say the least. Five stars, no doubt.

  Lee was great. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my husband’s questions without seeming impatient in anyway, which we both appreciated. Lee also made sure to advise what to keep and eye out for in the next few hours and also what services might benefit us in the future. We will definitely request Lee when we need a future service.
