  Matthew and his team are great to work with. Matthew is always timely and responsive. The project bid he provides is very detailed. The team did a great job and are very trustworthy. I highly recommend!

  GSC provided several services for me including work on a drainage system, water damage remediation, painting, various house repairs, and a garage renovation. The crew was always professional and friendly. Shannon and Matthew were very transparent in communicating scope of services and fees, so there were no surprises. A couple of weeks after completion and final payment, I noticed an issue. They promptly came out and resolved it. They stand behind their work. I will use them on future projects and highly recommend them.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Matthew! From start to finish, his professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and genuine care were absolutely outstanding! First, he was incredibly prompt and communicated an accurate ETA well in advance. As someone with animals at home, I cannot express how much I appreciated this! Knowing exactly when he would arrive allowed me to get my animals secured and everything situated before he came inside. Anyone with pets knows what a blessing that kind of communication is! Upon arrival, Matthew was extremely polite, courteous, and respectful of my home. He even took off his shoes and wore foam slippers to ensure he wouldn’t scuff or damage my floors. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that truly speak volumes about someone’s character and the pride they take in their work. I originally called because my shower door had not closed properly in over THREE YEARS due to an alignment issue. Matthew was able to identify and completely fix the problem in approximately 15 minutes! Something that had been a frustration for years was resolved so quickly and efficiently, and he left absolutely no mess behind. What impressed me even more was that he took the time to explain and physically show me what had caused the alignment issue. He also educated me on what to look out for in the future, especially considering how long the door frame had been out of alignment. He didn’t just come in, fix the problem, and leave. He made sure I understood the issue and felt confident knowing what to watch for moving forward. It is genuinely refreshing to encounter someone who demonstrates this level of integrity, professionalism, efficiency, and respect for their customers and their homes. Matthew clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. I am beyond grateful for his help and cannot recommend him highly enough! If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond, Matthew is your guy! Thank you again for such an exceptional experience!

  Matthew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Our shower door in our master bathroom became misaligned and wouldn’t shut properly. Matthew came out on time and had it fixed within the hour. He saved us $1000’s with this fix vs what it would have cost to purchase a new shower door and have it installed. Highly recommend this company!

  Avoid working with Matt at all costs. He may know how to do the work, but he is young and still needs to learn how to run a small business with integrity instead of nickel-and-diming clients. At first he comes across as laid-back and easy to work with, but that quickly changes. He uses the classic tactic of luring you in with a decent initial price, then dramatically overpricing simple jobs and constantly trying to tack on unnecessary items once the work starts. He will say he’ll do something for free as a courtesy, then fail to finish it and later charge you to complete it. He overcharges on straightforward projects that he works hardly any hours on, and leaves jobs unfinished. His estimates are unclear from the start, and his communication is poor. On top of that, he will harass you for payment even when his own team hasn’t sent the invoice yet — while the job itself remains incomplete. Once he’s done one job for you and has his foot in the door, the next quotes become grossly inflated. Quality work is worth paying for, but you deserve a contractor who communicates clearly and doesn’t take advantage of you at every opportunity. I will not hire this company again.
