  Alex was my electrical technician that was assigned to my home. The weather was extremely hot in July and my AC and electrical were not working properly. Alex did a diagnostic which was approved by myself and was able to fix the issue after explaining every step he was taking to resolve the task and repair. He was polite, knowledgeable, descriptive, and successful in this repair. There should be more technicians like Alex!

  Did not address the initial issue that I had positioned a very high job after tearing up my duct and taking it down to where it doesn’t hang then went to my backyard and messed up my AC unit. They sent out another technician to address the AC unit and the issues that happened from the first technician and they did not complete all of the repairs and issues so I had to hire another AC person to come do the job

  I had a great experience with Andrew Mejia. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options, provide honest feedback, and help us make the best decision for our home. Andrew did an outstanding job replacing our garbage disposal and walked us through how to properly maintain it so we can keep it running smoothly. His attention to detail, communication, and quality of work really stood out. For any future plumbing needs, I will definitely be requesting Andrew again. Highly recommend!

  I scheduled an appointment for a tech to find out why my electric water heater was flashing a service needed message. I was told a technician would be there for a free service call and to let me know what the issue is and the cost to repair under no obligation. Same day service and I was impressed with that. Kevin, very professional and friendly, came out looked at the unit, pushed buttons and said he needed to run a diagnostic check for around $350 (?) Can't remember the amount but that fee was to find out what is wrong with the unit then I would be given a price on the cost to repair it. In my opinion, it's a day wasted. I was hoping to find out the issue and make a decision to either replace or buy a new one, in which I would have been willing to hire this company to do the work. I am clueless and shouldn't be. I wanted answers and a plan of action. That's the reason I called. $350 plus labor and no idea how much labor is because no clue what's wrong plus I'm sure extra for the part although it's under warranty .... a warranty? I am warranty poor and in my experience the loophole is always in the warranty company's favor. I will buy another water heater and call someone who is willing to make extra cash and get them to install it.

  Alfredo has excellent communication skills. He made sure that I understood all the details before starting the job. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions. He made sure everything was in working order. He covered his shoes before coming inside my house and made sure everything was put back in it's place before leaving. He treated my house with respect as if it was his. Thank you Alfredo!
