- SESamantha EborgAug 22, 20264.0So I like that they did a free inspection to see what was wrong and Jim is great very knowledgeable and helped me understand clearly what was wrong and what to prepare for in the future. But I was told they would come out yesterday but they didn’t due to not enough time. Which I get but then don’t quote guarantee they would make it that day. So be prepared if you call them you will probably wait a day or so unless is an off season time. Which I knew they probably had a lot of calls but I wish they just would have said we will try to get to you but no guarantee.
