  Called these people when my thermostat went out on June 20th. The tech pressured me a bit to leave a review right there in front of him before he left. I suspect mgmt is on their case to get 5 star reviews, but I find this sleazy bc it pressures techs to pressure customers. I wanted to wait to see how the service held up over time. It's now July 20th and now I'm having more problems with the outdoor unit out so clearly something didn't hold up. Anyway, for original service, they gave me an estimated arrival window of 2-4pm but didn't show up until after 5 so I got charged their after hours rate. Then the tech had to take pictures all over the inside of my house. Supposedly this is part of how they do business but it's a bit creepy so I could really do without that part. Then the tech spent 3 hours here, not all of that time appeared productive. It looks like one other person has left a similar review of the tech staying for HOURS and not always busy working. Got charged $500 for a thermostat that goes for under $200. I know upcharging is common & even necessary but that's excessive. They also tried to upsell me on some monthly subscription warranty plan or some such. I immediately had a sinking feeling that somewhere in those 3 hours, the tech may have done something to make sure they'd have to come back again soon. Maybe that's paranoid but I have literally experienced this scenario before where a "repairman" fixes one thing and not a month later something else out of nowhere needs fixing.

  Coby was friendly, professional, and efficient! I highly recommend his services! I was quoted before by another company that my blower motor was out, so I reached out to get a second opinion. Coby came to do a diagnostics and give me a quote. Not only did he do the diagnostics he fixed the problem. Turns out it wasn’t a blower it was the capacitor and he was able to fix it right away. If your having issues with you HVAC or just want a second opinion, give Coby a call. You won’t regret it!

  Coby was very professional and personal in explaining our problems/issues. Even when our problem wasn’t directly an A/C issue, he helped in explaining what future problems could arise. All the pictures taken definitely helped when he explained issues. Added bonus, the dogs thanked him for the treats he brought. We will definitely use them again in the future!

  ASAP HVAC is a great company!! They stand behind their work & show up on time!! I get appointments in a timely manner & all of the technicians are very knowledgeable and NICE!! They care about their customers!! Coby is an excellent technician! One out of 10.. Coby gets a 10!! Very professional!!
