If you’re planning to do hardwood floor, Kevin will be the one to contact. The whole experience was pleasant. The crew was great. Very nice and professional. He confirmed the flooring we chose and the rooms we needed done. The work was done quickly which was appreciated. We are very happy with the results.

We used Kevin to install vinyl flooring. The workers used were young girls and boys and lacked experience and it showed in their work. The flooring started deteriorating within two years. We contacted the manufacture rep who told us it was installation error both the manufacture and Kevin refused to work with us on replacing the flooring. We are now left with $15,000 plus a Flooring that will fail in the next couple of years and will need to be completely replaced would not recommend.

I’m a repeat customer of FloorsEliteDFW! Kevin C. did such a great job on the flooring inside my home, I called him back for an outdoor project. I needed to replace some wood decking that was showing its age. Kevin and Khristine came right over for a consult. After listening to what I wanted, they coached me on selecting the right composite material for my project, and explained everything to the last detail. The provided a fair quote and the job started promptly. The work was done quickly by a professional crew and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Kevin was attentive and responsive through the whole process. If you need flooring inside or decking outside, I can recommend Kevin and Khristine! They are great!

We have hired FloorseliteDFW for two major projects one--replacing ~4500 sq ft of an assortment of carpet, tile, etc with high quality LVP, and a master bath retiling/expansion. Out of all the contractors I've worked with, I've enjoyed working with Kevin and Khristine the most. They are people of high integrity that always strive to do right by their clients. They look for ways to solve problems and come up with elegant design solutions. Most importantly, they are so responsive. I've never had to follow up; Kevin or Khristine proactively reached out throughout each project. Really can't recommend them enough.
