Ended up calling A-1 because another company kept cancelling and rescheduling. Best decision I could have made. Called A-1 to have my 1400 gallon system pumped at 8:30am, they were on my property in a couple hours and got it done fast and efficient and the price was good. Very courteous and professional. They're my go to septic guys now.

  Unprofessional. That’s it, that’s all.

We called several local companies to have our septic tank pumped out. A-1 had the best price, so we scheduled a day (Thursday)for them to come out. On Tuesday, they had an opening and called to see if we would like for them to come early, so of course we said yes! The driver was really nice and was able to get our tank done in about 30 to 45 minutes and it works like it should again. Thanks to A-1 for their prompt and professional service!

After calling 5 businesses, A-1 had the fastest time, best price. The gentleman who came out was super nice and worked fast. I really appreciate the work he did, my septic is like brand new.

My son contracted with them for a new septic system. Due to their failure to inspect and file paperwork to the state in a timely manner, they ultimately failed to deliver on the contract and would not refund his $700 deposit. Also, they blamed their error on him. NO OTHER COMPANY REQUIRES A DEPOSIT ON THIS TYPE OF WORK.
