They take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. They will not try to upsell. I made the mistake a while back of calling a local company called Dobbs air conditioning. I never felt more disrespected by that company and lied to. So I went back to Reynolds for a second opinion without them knowing I was asking for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem correctly and did not try to take advantage of me. That is a company with integrity and I will always recommend.
