He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to really investigate the problem instead of rushing through the job. He explained what he was checking and helped us better understand what was going on, which we really appreciated. It was obvious that he cared about finding the actual cause of the problem and making sure everything was safe. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both skilled at what they do and genuinely good to work with, but that was absolutely our experience. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. We’ll certainly be calling him again if we ever need an electrician in the future!
