  Poor customer service. They told me over the phone that a service call was $99, but then instead, they charged me two hours of labor ($220). They complained that my driveway was too narrow, and they broke my manhole key but didn't replace it. Thunder's estimate to replace my well pump was 40% more expensive than Dapper. I recommend Dapper.

  I have used these guys for the last 10 years and wouldnt ever think of calling anyone else. Joel and his team go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.

  Built a house in LBK and Thunder put the well in about a year ago. I had not been happy with the flow and pressure, talked to my GC over and over and his answer was "well that is Lubbock", which was not the correct answer! I called Thunder, talked to Joel and he had guys out the next day and got the problem solved. He has my business going forward. Appreciate them getting it fixed quick.
