  This company has been nothing but a headache. After just one year, they suddenly “can’t find my warranty,” even though they installed the system. I lost water five different times in that first year, and they never performed any real troubleshooting. They charged $90–$100 just to show up, and every visit ended the moment the water came back on—never when the actual problem was found. They misleadingly advertise 24/7 service. If you need help on a Saturday or Sunday, they either won’t show up or they’ll upcharge you for the privilege. They give no time window/ETA, show zero urgency, and leave you without water for an entire weekend like it’s no big deal. To make matters worse, I eventually learned the “fix” was simply resetting the breaker—something they never told me, even though it would’ve saved me hundreds of dollars. Their lack of transparency, lack of urgency, and refusal to honor their own warranty make this a company I cannot recommend.

  Well, they came out 2 months ago I was charged $4000.Since then, they've had to come back out 5 other times they keep sending kids close to 5 that won't fix anything, they make it turn on for 2 or 3 hours.And turn off, they knew on a Friday, my will was not working.And they have already been paid to fix it.They called me on a Saturday when I left them know it was still not working.And said they will not be out until Sunday.Do not do business with them.And they're extremely rude as well.I will be getting an attorney!!!!

  We had some problems with our well and called Thunder Pump at 2:30 pm on a Friday. The owner lived around the corner from our house so he stopped by after work at 5:00 pm, because he heard how bad it was. He got us fixed up until they can come out to make some modifications to the system. That’s incredible customer service and we could not be happier. He absolutely did not have to do that. 10/10 recommend these guys.

  Thunder Pump is an excellent business to work with. Joel and the guys are always very prompt and try to get your issues resolved quickly. They truly care about their customers needs!
