- FWFare Well1 day ago3.0700$ to unclog my sink and run a camera. There is an outside super easy access to the sink drain. 350$ to run an auger down it. The auger they used itself only costs 350$. Then 350$ to run a camera down it. I can understand the 300$ price point or so on using the camera. I know I’m paying overhead for the truck they drive, insurance, paying two employees, and etc. but damn 350$ to auger out the drain seemed like a huge steep price for an easy access drain and only 10-15 minutes of work. Also…. I spent 350$ 8 months ago unclogging the same drain. Which only got clogged back up again. When they came out this time I watched the whole time and even felt like I was forcefully making them keep working on it. Basically when it was unclogged it felt like they were ready to leave in a hurry. But based on the camera it was still super clogged up. Forced them to spend another 30 minutes declogging/camera. Until it was at least half decent where the camera could see and wasn’t pitch black due to how nasty it was. I can see why the last time it just clogged up again. Without the camera they “unclogged “ it but left tons of nasty stuff because without being able to see how much was still unclogged they just left once water would drain again

- TLT LAug 21, 20265.0Tyler and Jarrick were amazing. They showed up early and fixed my water heater the same day. Tyler is a phenomenal employee. He was very attentive as I explained my problem. He provided me with the cost to repair and replace my water heater. He told me how to maintain my water heater to help it last longer. Your company is very fortunate to have an employee like Tyler on your team. I will definitely be going to Beyer Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.
