  Good luck with the one-year warranty request. They aim to fix their failures cheaply, at the expense of homeowners. Don’t fill out the survey before repairs are complete, no matter how pressured you are. A Chesmar employee told me I didn’t need a one-year inspection and it would be a “waste of money”, but it’s only to their benefit. Unfortunately, my home looks worse than before repairs. I regret having them complete any repairs, because every fix has been left worse from interior to exterior. As far as the community the construction crews leave debris in the streets without any consideration of residents.

  We are Chesmar homeowners in this community. We love our home and the people we worked with. It is understandable that the community is still being developed, but the construction runs 7 days/week starting at the crack of dawn. There are years of this left.

  Gorgeous community, very eye catching and modern. Juan Carlos is very hardworking and speaks fluent Spanish! He’s helped many of my clients with the best service. Highly recommend.

  Juan Carlos with Chesmar homes in Village at three oaks subdivision was amazing at helping us decide which Floorplan to fit our needs. The community is new and beautiful, we love our new home and so grateful for an amazing experience from start to finish with him. Highly recommend Chesmar homes, details were important to us.
